Margaret Miles has been singing all her life and performs a bevy of original songs as well as Celtic and American folk.
She plays the autoharp, bodrhan (Irish drum) and pennywhistle, and has performed in a number of groups over the years, such as the Kitchen Sinq. She currently sings with Yes M’am who are performing as a group at this year’s festival.
Margaret is now managing the Fairfax Branch Library. She continues to learn and perform traditional music while creating songs of her own, many of which appear on her albums.
