The festival presents video clips and a trailer from Singing for Justice, an upcoming film about Faith Petric.  The presentation will include a live discussion with the producer/directors: award-winning filmmaker Christie Herring and historian and folk club member Estelle Freedman.

Faith Petric (1915-2013) was a San Francisco folk musician and community builder who lent her voice to social justice movements in the Bay Area and nationally for over half a century.  She was the longtime leader of the San Francisco Folk Music Club, the organization that puts on this festival.
