This is for beginners and anyone who wishes to attend. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes, and be ready to dance! Feel free to use a scarf to wear around the hips (optional/not required) to enhance your hip movement.

Robin Lovejoy is a tribal fusion bellydance artist, choreographer, and teacher from San Francisco, and has been teaching since 2007. Robin began her study of tribal bellydance many years ago with Fatchance Bellydance as well as featured dancers from the Bellydance Superstars and has since developed her own style of contemporary tribal fusion as an alchemy of her dance and yoga training. She has performed at Rakkasah, Tribal Fest, Carnival of Stars, Desert Dance Festival, Sirens Fest, and numerous other events in the bay area and beyond. Her mission is to share this wonderful art form and inspire others to find joy in dance and movement. You can also attend Robin’s bellydance regular series of classes online every Friday night at 6 pm via Zoom. Please contact Robin at if you are interested.
