Bev and her husband Jerry joined the San Francisco Folk Music Club in the late ’70s. Now that he has passed, she continues to perform, write songs and run parody workshops, which they started doing after Faith Petric passed. Bev plays guitar and also sings a capella. During the pandemic, she did a lot of singing on Zoom, and has written 23 songs so far. (Before then, she had only collaborated with her husband on the songs that they wrote.)
