Singers of traditional sea shanties, Dick Holdstock, Aaron Clegg, and Travis Pratt have joined together to present sea shanties in a way that all can readily understand, sing along on the chorus, and feel the energy rush that sailors needed to complete all the difficult tasks on board square-rigged ships.
Travis Pratt, part of the of the Bay Area’s large folk loving Pratt family, has sung sea songs and shanties for all his life. Aaron Clegg has performed with the Celtic traditional band Charmas since 2014 and has built a following at his sea music sessions in the Santa Cruz area. Dick Holdstock from Kent, UK performed with Allan Macleod for years, and adds his 40+ years of experience to the mix.
